Ballet Online
Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm on Zoom
5 week block, 1st-29th October
Gentle ballet class aimed at improving posture, alignment, balance and fluidity of movement. Class will include a warm, up, barre and centre practice, and a sequence. Drop ins are welcome however full attendance is recommended as we will build on sequences each week.
Open to adults of all ages

Stretch & Mobilise Online
Tuesdays 7:45-8:30pm on Zoom
5 week block, 1st-29th October
This class combines active mobility, postural exercises, stretches and breathwork in order to release tension and increase range of motion. We will start standing and gradually make our way down to the mat. Various options will be given so that you can move in a way that suits your body.

Mindful Movement for Refugees
Sunday 3rd November, 12-1:45pm
The Salisbury Centre
A space to slow down, de-stress and release tension. This session includes gentle movement, mindfulness, sensory exploration and relaxation.
This workshop at The Salisbury Centre is a safe space for refugees.
Attendance by donation, with three free spaces available.
Creativity for Everyday with The Norm Project
Saturday 21st December, 6-8pm
The Salisbury Centre
This workshop will explore the shared practice of Jorja (Dance Artist), Ellie (Performance Artist) and Rho (Interdisciplinary Artist) through task-based exercises and play.
Participants will experiment with a range of techniques to create movement sequences, poetry, abstract visuals and collage.
