Facilitated by Jorja Follina and Chris Andrews, Detour offers inclusive spaces for people to be active and creative, connecting to natural spaces.

Detour aims to benefit participants' physical and mental health through physical activity, body awareness and spending time outdoors. We hope to encourage creative outlet and mindfulness, as well as initiating discussions around sustainability and the uses of greenspace.
Events
We lead social bike rides which include a stop off for guided outdoor movement practice.
Open to adults of all ages, Detour rides are at a relaxed pace with plenty of stop offs to enjoy the scenery, get to know other participants and have coffee/snacks!
